Hourly rates above cover the crew and a fully equipped truck. Before your move you get a written estimate with a guaranteed maximum.

Double Drive Time (CA law)
We bill only the doubled drive time between your two homes — never the drive from our yard or back. Required of all licensed CA movers. -
3-hour minimum
The clock starts when the crew arrives and stops when the truck is unloaded. -
Heavy & specialty items
Pianos, safes, and other 250 lb+ items may carry a flat fee — always quoted upfront, never a surprise. -
Not-To-Exceed price
Your written estimate caps the cost. You only pay more if you add items or services — always in writing first. -
$100 deposit to book
Reserves your date and is applied to your total. Fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule
48+ hours ahead. -
$70 fuel & service fee
A flat fee for gas, truck, supplies & booking — shown on your estimate. Not a travel charge; travel is Double Drive Time. -
